You can delete your data & account instantly via the app:

Go to 'Settings' (on the home page) -> 'Account Settings' -> 'Delete Account'

Note: This will not cancel your subscription payments. This must be done via your Apple or Google Play account.

You can also send a request to delete your account via the contact form here. You must include the email that your account is registered under.
